I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Go through our Shipping & Returns page, enter your information, print and paste label on the shipping box. Then you have many choices on how you want it shipped back to us.

How do I know my shoe size?

We are following the US shoe size chart included with measurements corresponding with the shoe size.

I want to know if you carry a specific color option or gender option.

Our shoes come in a variety of color options you can choose when purchasing. All our products are unisex.

How long does the battery last on the shoes?

The battery on the shoes last you roughly 7 hours. They use solar/kinetic energy to charge while walking. Depending on the speed you are going at, it will either drain the battery faster or slower.

Are the conveyor belts replaceable?

Yes, we sell conveyor belts on our website.

How proofed are the shoes and how is the safety?

Our shoes are dust-proof, water-proof, etc. Our shoes are life proof. For the price you pay, our shoes will last you your whole life because they are very durable. We have implemented the top of the line technology and the latest sensors in the shoes to ensure you safety because that is important to us.
